Made to Traditional North Devonian recipes, our Palm Oil free pies and pasties are all homemade, using quality local ingredients.
We started with an old and much loved Butcher’s recipe for a Steak and kidney Pie, thought long forgotten. However, it had been handed down to Nick and in a flash of nostalgia some 40 years later, our Trevisick Pie ®️ was born. We followed with another Barnstaple favourite, the Plate Pasty. You told us you loved them and so it began. (from our home kitchen and the boot of our car)
Our philosophy is simple, pies and pasties should be locally made and baked, use quality fresh ingredients and offer you the same great taste that your Great Granny would recognise. With no artificial preservatives, additives or palm oil, our pies and pasties are fresh from the oven to you.
We follow this philosophy with each new product we introduce, carefully selecting fresh ingredients and taking our inspiration from both traditional local Bakers and Nick’s Gran’s recipes.

We are the very first Bakery in the world, that is certified to be totally Palm Oil Free.
We are proud that we make every pie and pasty from scratch, using fresh local produce, from local suppliers. Our amazing pastry is all freshly homemade and contains absolutely no palm oil. We carefully select and research all our ingredients for the fillings, to guarantee they are 100% Palm Oil free and full of flavour.
Not only that but we pay a fee for each certified product, based on Sales, which goes to support the work of Organisations such as the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, amongst others. So each and every pie you buy is helping to support and protect our vital rain forests and the species and people who depend on them

Traditional Barnstaple Raymond Pasty. A mouth watering mix of peppery minced Steak, potato and onion in a hot water pastry, We are following an original Boutport Street Baker’s recipe (kindly passed on by a much loved and respected local Baker)
Chunky Steak and Kidney Pie
Our Award Winning Steak and Kidney Pie, features tender chunks of slow cooked Local Beef Steak and kidney in a rich flavoursome gravy, all topped off with our light and flaky puff pastry. Winner of a Star in the Great Taste Awards 2019.
Tother Side of The Tamar
Our “Tother Side of Tamar Pasty” , features succulent Steak and local root vegetables, with a generous Dollop of Devon Clotted Cream all wrapped in our delicious All Butter Shortcrust Pastry and hand twisted for that authentic West Country look.
A ansome Pasty made East of the Tamar in Devon, in that there Cornwall Style.
Barnstaple Plate Pasty
A unique Barnstaple favourite. A Traditional Barnstaple Plate Pasty made from succulent local Devon minced beef, onions and potato, encased in our light and flaky puff pastry.
Mushroom Stroganoff Pie
Our Award Winning Mushroom Stroganoff Pie. A classic Vegetarian Recipe, featuring chunky Mushrooms and onions in a West Country Cream sauce, flamed with Brandy. All encased in our new All Butter Shortcrust Pastry for a delicious rich crunch and melt in the mouth experience. A one Star Winner in the Great Taste Awards 2019.
Macaroni Cheese and Bacon Pie
Our Famous Macaroni Cheese Pie with an added twist of Bacon and Mushroom for that extra something. Delicious Hot or Cold, this one is a firm Trevisick’s favourite.
Macaroni Cheese Pie
Inspired by Scottish family connections, our Classic Macaroni Cheese Pie features a Homemade Cheese sauce made with West Country Mature Cheddar and encased in a crisp Sunflower Oil Pastry shell. Suitable for Vegetarians Real comfort food in a pie and delicious both hot or cold.
A traditional Devon meat free open topped pie, inspired by local WWII recipes. Potatoes, Leek and onion, topped with cheddar cheese in our fabulous Sunflower oil pastry. Suitable for Vegetarians.
West Country Cheese and Onion Pasty
Real West Country Mature Cheddar, Potato and onion in our homemade Cheese Sauce, hand twisted in our new All Butter Shortcrust. A delicious meat free pasty, suitable for Vegetarians.
