Founded in 2018 by Nick Lock and named after the Famous Boutport Street Butcher's recipe Steak and Kidney Pie which he revived after 30 years, Trevisicks Pie Emporium prides itself on not only keeping Traditional Local Recipes alive, but also becoming the World's First Certified Palm Oil Free Bakery.
It was Nick's ambition that these recipes live on. So, as planned, Nick has now passed on his experience to the next Generation of Bakers, while remaining very much in charge of recipes and product development. Our young team have taken over the day to day running of the bakery. They continue to create top quality, traditional Pies and Pasties, and make sure to respond positively to the needs of the community. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or something to bring home and share, we’ve got just the thing for you.
